The Saint Alphonsus telehealth network uses different technologies to meet a variety of patient, provider, and community needs. With telehealth technology, patients can receive timely and appropriate medical care in their own community.
At Saint Alphonsus, we have over a decade of telehealth experience, and support more than 15,000 telehealth consults per year. Throughout Idaho and Oregon, we partner with hospitals and clinics across to
- Support Emergency Departments and time-sensitive emergencies
- Extend specialty care to rural communities through telehealth outreach clinics
Saint Alphonsus Telehealth Network and Outreach Programs
List of Programs
- Telestroke Network: Saint Alphonsus specialists are available to evaluate and assist in treating stroke patients using telehealth technology.
- Teleburn: Specialists from the University of Utah's Healthcare's Burn Center assist in treating burn patients in participating emergency departments.
- We currently provide clinic-based telehealth appointments at multiple partner sites throughout Idaho and Oregon. These telehealth clinics provide access to specific specialties that are not available locally.
- Our list of telehealth clinic-based services includes, but is not limited to rheumatology, oncology, cardiology, wound, and more.
