How to Prepare

Prepare for Telehealth
  • Have an active Trinity Health MyChart account
  • A strong and stable Wi-Fi or internet connection
  • If using a PC:
    • One of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari
    • A camera, microphone, and speaker
    • The browser has access to your camera and microphone
  • If using a mobile device:
    • The MyChart mobile app. The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android platforms
    • The app has permission to use the camera and microphone

During your visit, find a private location with limited disruptions. Do not engage in other activities during your virtual visit, such as driving or riding in a car.
