  6. Swapping your car commute for a walk or bike ride.

Spring Berry Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • Handful of berries
  • Fresh, mint leaves (no more than 2 sprigs)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, etc.)
  • Club soda

Directions:

  1. Rinse your herbs and berries, then muddle or puree the berries, lime juice, and mint.
  2. Fill glass with ice and spoon berry mixture over it.
  3. Top with club soda.
