Memory Cafe –The Memory Café is a time to enjoy activities with your loved one with memory loss and break from the normal routine. It is a time to socialize, learn from monthly topics, and build resources for changing needs.

HOPE Project – The Treasure Valley Family YMCA in partnership with Saint Alphonsus Memory Center is excited to bring to you a once-a-month online (virtual) free education program on evidence-based lifestyle-medicine strategies and treatment of potentially modifiable risk factors to improve brain health and reduce one’s risk of dementia.

Improv to Improve Dementia Care – Occurred in July 2024 at Boise Contemporary Theater. We are currently seeking funding for a Summer 2025 workshop. Please see video to learn more about this project.
