to get out and moving to improve health and wellness

WHAT: Saint Alphonsus will celebrate their 3rd year of Meet Me Monday, a weekly exercise program in downtown Boise that offers one, two, and three-mile routes for walkers and runners. The Meet Me Monday program, created and organized by Saint Alphonsus, seeks to encourage healthy behaviors and wellness activities for Treasure Valley community members and families of all abilities. Meet Me Monday has met weekly the past three years – and many participants have attended 100 or more consecutive weeks, regardless of inclement weather and holidays. The Meet Me Monday program also serves as a good start for those new to an exercise program, or those looking for a way to be accountable to healthy activity each week.
