Fitness

All of your fitness benefits available for colleagues. These include walking trails, stairwell challenges, and gyms. Get active and find resources near you!

Punch Cards

Healthy Punch Cards are available in the cafeteria for meals designated with a green leaf. Buy 10 healthy meals and get one free! 

Healing

Healing touch helps reduce pain, fatigue, stress, and anxiety. Available from 5:00-8:00pm the second Tuesday of every month at the Boise Campus.

Open Wellness Offerings
Any colleague can also take part in benefits provided on the incentive program (including the Wellness Portal starting January 1, 2019), you simply do not earn points or incentives for your involvement. If you are on the Aetna health plan, the below offerings will count as Meaningful Choice Activity LifePoints.

Personal health coaching appointments help guide and motivate you to take charge of your health.

Multi-week programs to help improve your health from weight management, to stress reduction, tobacco cessation, or financial fitness. 

Workshops

Workshops are typically available throughout the year and are on a variety of topics including cooking, healthy meals, and more.
