Easy-to-Follow Women's Health Tips

Ladies, take time out of your day by taking care of YOU! There are so many ways to take care of yourself that include different areas of wellness. Here are some ideas of how to take care of yourself and encourage the women in your life to do the same:
1.Physical Fitness: Try something new! Try a dance class, go for a walk on a new trail, stretch it out with some yoga, or try a strength training video!
2.Social Wellness: Schedule a brunch with other women to foster community and belonging.
3.Physical Health: Be sure you are up to date on all of your preventative health maintenance and make a plan for your future health.
4.Relaxation: Get a massage, do an at-home face mask, take a bubble bath, or try meditation!
5. Nutrition: Find a new, flavorful and nourishing recipe! Try to incorporate vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into your daily diet and don’t be afraid to try something new!
