Please review the vaccine calendars by clicking on the site links (you must be a SAHS colleague or on the SAHS network to view the calendar). The calendars provide a real-time, read-only view of the roles and shift times needed to staff each clinic by date. This view also shows if the role has been filled or remains open.
Signing Up
*To view the calendar, you must be a SAHS colleague or on the SAHS network. We continue to work on solutions that allow calendar visibility on or off the network and will provide updates when available.

**Due to instability of patient volume and vaccine supply, your shift may change or be canceled accordingly. We will communicate to you as soon as we have confirmation of these extenuating factors that dictate the vaccine schedule/shift/role changes.**
Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to your assigned time.
If you have any questions or issues with signing up, please email the vaccine staffing team at BOHS SHAREDMB Vaccine Clinic Staffing VaccineClinicStaffing@saintalphonsus.org.
