Mended Hearts Support Group
Would you like to talk with other heart patients and their families about their experiences?
Boise Mended Hearts chapter #380 is a patient-driven support group that is jointly sponsored by Saint Alphonsus and St. Luke's.
The Mended Hearts program brings together survivors of heart disease as well as their families and caregivers in a safe environment to discuss their physical health, experiences and challenges.
Mended Hearts is involved in many community events and also offers volunteer opportunities for those who would like to be trained as visitors who can then share the gift of hope and encouragement to new cardiac patients before discharge, or via phone or e-mail after a patient has returned home.
We are:
- Heart disease survivors, families and caregivers.
- Dedicated to inspiring hope and improving the quality of life for heart patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support.
- Committed to understanding your needs and concerns.
- Helping heart patients, their families, and caregivers by showing them others who have survived heart disease and are healthy.
- One chapter of hundreds of community-based Mended Hearts organizations, a national nonprofit organization with over 60 years of experience offering the gift of hope to heart patients.
Boise Mended Hearts meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 3:00-4:30 pm in the 5th-floor conference room at:
Meadowlake Medical Plaza
3525 E Louise Dr.
Meridian, ID
