Emergency Self-Registration

To help expedite registration, we are now offering a self-registration option for patients needing to visit our emergency department. Self-registration allows patients to complete their emergency registration on their own time, while waiting to be seen.

Patients will receive a link via email or text notification (or both) to complete self-registration. The registration team is able to track the patient’s registration progress and notify medical staff when the patient has it completed and is ready to be seen.

Step 1: Check-in with our care team

Step 2: After check-in, you will receive a link to complete “Emergency Patient Self-Registration” on your mobile device

Step 3: You are ready to see the care team.
