The doctor told me that was just minor body aches after I injured my leg and everything on that side of my body develop pain but just on that side of my body where my leg injury occurred she asked if I had any imaging done at primary health the previous day I said no and then she was gone and out of the room

She spent less than 2 minutes in the room. She never even heard my child cough, which is what we were in there for. She didn't even have my [number] year-old move from the chair to the table.

She didn't absorb the pharmacy directions I gave her. I told her my maintenance prescriptions go to OptumRx, but one had to go to Walgreens. She sent EVERYTHING to Walgreens. Not sure if this was her error or an aide's error.
