Notice: The Fruitland Health Plaza Urgent Care is now offering COVID-19 screening, available 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 

Call your health care provider if you feel sick with fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. Please let your provider know if you have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19. Your health care professional will evaluate you to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.

Located on Northwest 16th Street just across the Snake River from the I-84 exit in Ontario, Fruitland Health Plaza serves the rural area of Southwest Idaho and Southeast Oregon. In addition to urgent care, this location also provides family medicine, occupational medicine, and orthopedic services.

Open daily with limited wait times, urgent care provides convenient and cost-effective treatment for conditions that are non-life-threatening.
