Saint Alphonsus Welcomes Mark Snider to Marketing and Communications Team

Boise, ID – Mark Snider has joined the marketing and communications team at Saint Alphonsus Health System as Public Relations and Digital Strategy Coordinator. His primary responsibilities will be media relations, public relations and providing content for Saint Alphonsus' social media platforms.

"Mark comes to us with a wealth of experience in media and public relations," said Carolyn Holly, Vice President of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and Community Engagement. "His background in both the public and private sectors and his knowledge of the local market will help us communicate Saint Alphonsus Health System's mission to the local media and our customers."

Snider most recently was Aviation Media Officer at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Prior to that, he worked as Public Affairs Manager for SUEZ, the water utility in Boise. He also has served as Press Secretary and Senior Communications Advisor for former Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne. He worked in Washington, D.C. as Press Secretary for then-United States Senator Kempthorne.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Snider also worked as News and Sports Director at KAST Radio in Astoria, Oregon and as a reporter/anchor at KBOI-KQFC Radio and as a reporter at KTVB-TV, in Boise.
