30 New Jobs planned with opening in West Boise
Trinity Health’s Unified Revenue Organization to provide Revenue Management for four Health System Hospitals
BOISE, ID. – Trinity Health’s Unified Revenue Organization will open its fourth regional Shared Services Center (SSC) in Boise this month. The West Region SSC will support revenue management functions for the four Saint Alphonsus Health System hospitals in Boise, Nampa, Baker City and Ontario, as well as Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California. The new 25,000 square foot center will be housed at 8757 W. Emerald Street, located between Milwaukee and Maple Grove.
Regional service centers allow Trinity Health to effectively manage health care’s complex reimbursement process and increase administrative efficiencies. This structure is also able to respond quickly to regulatory changes and improve the patient experience. The center will support Trinity Health’s billing, insurance follow-up and customer service functions for these five hospitals, with plans for future expansion into other revenue management areas. Trinity Health plans to hire 30 hospital/medical billing representatives. Applications for open positions can be submitted through the Trinity Health website at www.trinity-health.org
A Dedication Ceremony and Ribbon-Cutting is planned for Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 8757 W. Emerald Street in Boise. The event is scheduled to begin at noon followed by an Open House.
