Aubrey Presha, Jr. has been named Regional Director of Employer Strategy for Saint Alphonsus Health System. He comes to Saint Alphonsus from SSM Health Wisconsin, a seven-campus health care network in southern Wisconsin, where he completed a post-graduate Administrative Fellowship and later served as a Regional Strategic Planner.

In his new role, Presha will be responsible for Saint Alphonsus’ services and health programs for employers in southern Idaho and eastern Oregon. Saint Alphonsus offers a wide range of comprehensive programs aimed at reducing preventable health risks. The programs help employers reduce their total cost of care, improve employee access to medical and occupational medicine, corporate wellness and employee assistance programs.

“Aubrey has over 26 years in healthcare, and he has an outstanding record of dynamic leadership and innovation working for a Catholic, not-for-profit health system,” said Tiffany Whitmore, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development for Saint Alphonsus. “His experience working with various stakeholders, including clinic leaders, hospital administrators and third-party payers will help Saint Alphonsus grow its outreach to businesses and employees throughout southern Idaho and eastern Oregon.”

Presha has also worked in various positions with Adventist Health System in Altamonte Springs, FL, Cardinal Health in Houston, and Baycare Health System in Tampa, FL. He is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, OH, where he earned a Master of Health Administration. He also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management and Development from St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, Florida.

Active in community and professional organizations, Presha has mentored under-represented high school students in southern Wisconsin as well as volunteered with the American Heart Association and Triangle Mobile Food Pantry, also in Wisconsin. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
