Andrew Cosentino Named President of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center

Saint Alphonsus Health System has named Andrew Cosentino, PT, MBA, FACHE as the new President of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC) in Boise. He comes to SARMC from the Swedish Health System in Seattle, where he was Vice President of the Neuroscience Institute and Rehabilitation and Performance Medicine.
"Andrew has over 20 years of diverse non-profit and for-profit leadership experience," said Odette Bolano, President, and CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health System. "He's an innovative and visionary healthcare executive. His collaborative approach has helped him excel at building and growing strong partnerships with physicians, hospital leaders, community leaders, and boards. We're fortunate to have him provide the new leadership at SARMC."
Prior to working at Swedish, Cosentino worked at Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Arizona. His positions with Carondelet included Vice President Service Lines Planning and Development and Network Ambulatory Services, and Vice President of Neurosciences, Oncology, and Women's Service Lines. He has also served as Vice President of Cardiovascular Partnership Development at Medcath Corporation as well as an Administrator at Tucson Medical Center, a 642-bed tertiary care center.
Cosentino received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Iowa. In addition, he has a Graduate Certificate in Physical Therapy from the University Of Iowa College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
