Women holding a little red heart

The Saint Alphonsus Foundation's funding priority is consistent with our mission. We support our region's communities by meeting the needs of the underserved through funding to support programs that serve our patients, colleagues, and providers.

By supporting the Saint Alphonsus Foundation, you are investing in the community's health and well-being.

Visit the programs we support throughout the health system and at four medical centers.

As the region's only Level II Trauma Center, Saint Alphonsus offers 6 emergency departments to ensure quick access to care during the critical "Golden Hour." Our board-certified and specialty trained physicians and nurses are ready to care for you at any time.

Breast care is an important part of women's health. Saint Alphonsus' comprehensive breast care and mobile mammography programs meet the needs of the communities we serve.

Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center offers access to advanced diagnostic tools like 3D imaging and mobile mammography to help detect cancer at its earliest and most treatable stage.

Our integrative approach to healing enhances the quality of life for patients and their families including genetic counseling and education, nutrition counseling, CLIMB child and family support, rehabilitation services, music, art, yoga and exercise therapy.

Saint Alphonsus invests in our infrastructure and equipment to ensure we offer the latest technologies in a healing environment.

By offering preventative services and classes, we can improve the health of our communities.

Dr. Stephen Fall
A West Point graduate class of 1969, Vietnam veteran, retired Army colonel, and cardiothoracic surgeon for more than 30 years, Dr. Fall was passionate about lifelong learning. He dedicated himself to his own personal professional development and was generous with his time in mentoring others in medicine and patient care.

Inspired by his passion for helping others succeed, this fund will support healthcare education opportunities for Saint Alphonsus colleagues, inclusive of all positions, specialties and departments - from Boise, Idaho to Baker City, Oregon.

Given that Dr. Fall took seriously the endeavor of staying current on the newest advances in healthcare, donations to build on this fund will be used to provide resources (like textbooks, materials, etc.) credits for continuing education, and opportunities for advancing education - such as speakers, conference fees, or training, and community education to engage patients in their own preventative care and wellness.
