Viewing Medical Images

Saint Alphonsus Health System utilizes eUnity, a universal medical image viewer for radiology images. eUnity enables clinicians to quickly access fully diagnostic quality images from any location, on any device, in real time.

The eUnity portal will allow clinicians to access eUnity in the following ways:

1. From the Web: Visit https://imaging.saintalphonsus.org or click on the eUnity icon to the right and look up the appropriate patient.

2. From Epic Hyperspace: Click the image link in any radiology report to launch eUnity. This will work whether you are logged into Epic on site or remotely.

3.From Haiku / Canto: Click the image link for the study result you wish to view.

4. From your Saint Alphonsus Zen window, click on the DR PACS icon. eunity icon

eUnity credentials and additional login information will be emailed to you within 2 weeks.

No, the eUnity viewer only contains images. To access medical imaging reports, you will need access to Saint Alphonsus EpicCare Link or the IHDE (Idaho Health Data Exchange). To request EpicCare Link access, click here.

Yes. There is a full array of image review tools in eUnity including a collaboration tool that allows multiple providers to review and make annotations on the images.

Yes. Providers can log into the eUnity web site and view images on their mobile device. eUnity is directly accessible from the reports in Haiku / Canto.
