Refresh the page
Ensure you have adobe flash installed and that you have an updated web browser
Clear your browser’s cache:
In Chrome: Click the three dots or lines in the upper right hand corner. Click settings. Click history. Click Clear browsing data. Select empty the cache from the list. Click clear browsing data on the bottom. Retry loading the page and watching the video
In Safari: View the menu bar by pressing the ALT key on your keyboard. Click edit. Click empty cache. Click empty in the pop-up box. Retry loading the page and watching the video
