STARS Physical Therapy, or Saint Alphonsus Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, is committed to helping patients heal. Our STARS team provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services at 14 locations in Idaho and Oregon. STARS has dedicated and compassionate staff who work as a team to support our patients.
At STARS, our experts in physical, occupational and speech therapy, and chiropractic care have advanced training and certifications to offer the highest level of expertise and latest advancements in rehabilitation. Our providers average 15 years of clinical experience. Our patients benefit from one-on-one physical therapy sessions specifically tailored to their unique rehabilitation needs. Our goal is to get our patients back to the activities they enjoy as quickly as possible.

Saint Alphonsus Inpatient Rehabilitation Services provides a comprehensive treatment plan that includes specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach that treats patients in a cost-effective, aggressive manner so they can return to productive lifestyles. An entire specialized team, including physicians, therapists and nurses, assist each patient with individualized treatment and recovery plans for a range of conditions.
