I'm happy with Dr. Archibald's service.
Dr Archibald always explains things to my daughter, at her level, and to me, and makes sure we both understand. I feel he always takes extra time with us and never feel rushed although I know he is busy!
He is my favorite dr.
Tendency is we spend more time waiting for the doctor then speaking with him. It’s pretty much the norm everywhere though

I honestly only have raving reviews of Dr. Archibald. I feel lucky to have found him as a pediatrician, and plan to keep him as a provider for as long as we are able!

I always give the best reviews for dr archibald but I really believe he is the best of the best. We never feel rushed although I know he has other patients and he listens and explains everything to my daughters at their level as well as to me at a more adult level. I can always call and get a same day response and/or appointment sooner then other places. Just a great experience always!

Thank you for taking care of our children for the last 15 years. My daughter recently turned 18 and decided to stay with her doctor for "a little while longer'" because she feels comfortable with her. :)
Dr archibald is great! He always listens to my daughter as well as myself.

The nurse didn’t seem to out enough Vaseline on the diaper, so when we got home and took the dip we off, it his newly circumcised site got stuck, and began to bleed quite a bit. This caused us a lot of panic. Luckily Dr Archibald had told us what to do if that happened overall I think it could be absolutely been avoided had the nurse been more aware about the location and amount of Vaseline

We were a late for our appointment, and I felt awful about that bc I know it pushes the office behind. Dr Archibald and his team were very understanding and accommodating. That is very helpful, especially as a first time parent, trying to figure out how long it takes to leave the house with an infant

We love *Dr. Archibald. He is thorough, empathetic, & very knowledgeable. He doesn't talk down to us & always gives us parents a boost in telling us how well we're doing. Parents need that reassurance some... most times.
I had some frustration after I left the visit. The PA asked if I had any questions for the doctor and next time I won't tell her my questions. I told her 3 questions and either those were not relayed to the doctor or the doctor chose not to address my questions because I had to ask each one of those questions as he was getting ready to leave the visit. It is a waste of my time to relay my questions to the PA if I am again going to have to relay the questions to the doctor because he doesn't take it upon himself to address my questions. My frustration was because I forgot an additional question that I told the PA because the doctor was on his way out of the office. I felt rushed and partially unheard.

He seemed to be a bit rude, he is not our regular doctor but we had to see him for a clearance for dental work. He seems to show lack of understanding for families and made me feel worse about a situation that he knew nothing about, he also gave comments regarding dental work when he is not a dentist.

Wait time was longer than normal, but not unexpected for the last appointment of the day.
Dr. Archibold was amazing, I felt listened to and validated in the ways that I really needed in this very tenuous time. He related with his own small children which allowed me to feel less alone. I left feeling much better than when I arrived...thats what we would always hope for!

Even after insurance the bill was almost $200. Way too expensive.
Dr. Archibald listened to our concerns. he was kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. he put my son at ease as he was nervous and embarrassed to be talking about his depression. we came up with a solid plan and feel supported.
