Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable in determining what the root cause of my pain has been. I am very grateful that there is a plan to move forward and remedy my issue.
The room had a strong perfume smell while I waited between the assistant and provider. I am very sensitive to scents because of my asthma. Otherwise I might not have noticed.

I have been a patient for 2 years now it took a while getting use to 4 days a week being open..Having to get my meds filled every 30 days if that day fell on a friday Saturdays or sunday and the pharmacy was out of meds. I had a few times i was out.. So i try to call pharmacy 3 days in advance..but that doesmt always work when the 3 day rolls around..there out.
I am very pleased with the care I receive each time I am there.
Not worth my time.
Please do whatever it takes to keep good Dr's like this instead of letting them go on to greener pastures. It so good to have a Dr that still has common sense!

Vanessa is always great. I have had in depth and brief appointments based on what my needs were and she always adapted and never rushed me.
I am very appreciative of the care I am receiving for my chronic back pain. Since my treatment a year ago, I am very much improved. Not all the pain is gone but at least I know that there are ways to treat it without surgery.
I believe the nurse practitioner was not kind, courteous or fair with the patient. I don’t think she has a clear understanding of his multiple traumatic brain injuries. No physical injuries in the way she treated or handled him. I am as Care Provider is power of attorney, and I was present at the visit, and I did not feel that she was fair or understanding, although for me, I am clearing understood her reasoning and fair outcome of the visit yesterday, but going forward I’m not comfortable with her overseeing his care and pain management if she’s not able to be more receptive to the patient’s concerns, thank you

Really hard to converse with front office staff behind all computers,etc. when you're not sure who is even talking. Eye contact is important to me. I have always worked in public sector and face'to'face matters.
The follow up appointment with Dr. Harris associate was very bad. Told me nothing can be done for me.

the reception area was very impersonable, the staff was hidden behind their computers, the one had two very tall computers where you couldn't even see the person behind them. Paperwork was given to you in the very small space between the two monitors
She and her staff were very nice
This provider seems competent enough. But there is nothing more she can do to help relieve my chronic back pain. I asked her to let me know if anything new appears on the horizon.
I don't like your policy of two appointment times -- check in and appointment. What do I put on my calendar? I am accustomed to the meaning of an appointment as the time to meet. Yours indicates a lack of respect.

She cane inbthe room told me & my husband that the pain clinic cant do anything for me, she gave me a referral to pass the buck. She didnt listen to me she came into the room with her message of no hooe and left use
She made the providers at Grand Ronde Hospital in LaGrande OR look like the incompetent fools that they are. They let me suffer the pain for a year.
The only problem is that I’ve ever had with the PainClinic isn’t getting appointments for pain injections quickly. It always seems to be a wait in this case a month and a half wait.
She is very kind and makes sure I understand what she is saying. Treats you with respect and not like a number
I feel the NP Dr that helps me with my pain mgt offers alot of things, to help me feel better..From pain control in the brain to the body..its not am easy solution i have been dealing with pain or mental or management for 25 years. Im always looking for help. She is not bad sge tries to help me.
I will probably change back to St. Luke’s.

It is difficult to get scheduled in a timely manner in all health care. Providers are booked way out everywhere. This is not a negative reflection on the difficulty for Dr. Harris or Venessa Schultz to be seen in a more timely manner. It's rampant in all health care. The office schedules the best they can in a difficult situation.

I’ve been a dental assistant for 30 years. I also was my mother care provider. I’m not new to the medical field. Vanessa acted like I was wasting her time with my questions. I used the skeleton in HER op to ask a question & she informed me, “That was a gross interpretation of what I had done.” She acted very smug throughout my appt. When I was over she asked me if I had anymore questions. I said no, she literally took her computer cart and left the room. There was no goodbye, the lobby’s that way. Nothing. I’ve seen her two times & both times I’ve left her office frustrated & mad. No provider should treat people l that way. She is not an asset to Dr. Harris’s practice. In my opinion.

I do get disappointed from time to time about seeing only the PA rather than the doctor. It seems to me that the charges should be less when seeing the PA, after all it is the doctor I expect to see.

I really like her. She understands my issues. I also like the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Since I have several issues, it was decided I should see Dr. Fink first but was asked to do a link so that both offices were informed.
Is was so horrible, that other doctors that is on my medical team wants me to switch to St.Luke for future care. The Doctor went against treatment plan that has been put in place by several doctors due to complex medical conditions. Instead This doctor wanted me to go back to my other medical team and ask them to come up with new treatment plan, putting more unnecessary work on them. Things we have already tried, things we have already done, with no good outcome. Now this pain doctor is making jump through hoops in hope i can go back to the treatment plan (that she doesn not agrre upon)
Maybe they should drive for getting the correct info that the information you were telling them , Tells, instead of the almighty buck. Health care sure isn't what it used to be. Where you actually felt like you mattered as apt. They would actually put the correct info in the chart.
She is a great provider for me and all my health issues
