Like I previously said, it is a long drive through downtown Boise for me, but I would gladly do that in order to keep Dr. Paytash as my doctor. Great doctors are so very few & far between!

Susan Paytash has been my provider for several years. Although im an infrequent patient, she always remembers me and treats me very well!
I myself am a primary care provider and I was stunned by dismissive approach to my concerns. The coding of the visit was inaccurate, despite my explanation of symptoms. I expect to have issues with further care based on the inaccuracy of diagnosis.
I will see her again soon. Thank you!!!

Susan allowed me the time that I needed to catch her up on my care following Lisa Kern's retirement.
Susan is cheerful and patient. She takes all of the time needed to help her patients, and make us feel comfortable. She's respectful and kind, which is important when dealing with a doctor. It's already hard enough having to be there.
Paytash was great but the stupid woke questions were not appropriated and I was offended by them.

When was going thru a very rough time in life and was kicked out of practices she stuck with me and helped me through a period in life that i did not think I was going to make it through. I have followed Paytash from urgent care to urgent care even though I have to drive across town to see her.

Susan treated my mother before she died at age 99. She was so kind, she always treated my mom like a reasonable person and listened to her concerns with patience. When my long time doctor Lisa Kern retired I knew I’d be in good hands with Susan.

I was very impressed with the practical approach *Susan took. 'What changed in the last 3 weeks?' Shoes. As I thought about it, the shoes I wear and the surface I was walking on changed. I'm back wearing my shoes with bail in lifts when on hard/level surfaces. From hiking boots to roads because of abundant ticks in the forest, and I didn't think about using shoes with a lift. I especially appreciated that *Susan acknowledged my leg length difference and the impact of it.
I love my provider I feel very comfortable with her I feel she cares about my well being and any concerns I may have and she's honest.

I mentioned concern regarding acid reflux issues I'm having but *Susan appeared to ignore the issue.
