for me it would have been helpful if the doctor or the intern had summarized the referral, test results and conclusions but I realize physicians can be busy and overextended.

Follow up after surgery. He removed stitches from my foot. I still have a pin in my toe.
I was injured [date] (3 fractures) my first visit with *Dr. Andrew was [date]. On [date] he told me I could do nothing & let it heal or he could glue the bones together that sometimes the glue leaks out. [date] is my follow-up. My ribs have not healed. I would like to avoid surgery.
*Doctor Andrew took his time explained all the necessary things that I need to do and what he could do to assist with my back pain.
