This is the first time I have had this happen with this provider, but because of it I was unable to get my questions answered and she prescribed a new medication with no explained about it to me because I couldn’t stay late.

I can’t understand what she is saying at times
Not terribly happy with the follow up communication. Whether it’s through my chart or phone call or other doctors office is calling to get a referral signed by Dr. Walizada so that I can do what I need to do just doesn’t seem to take place for weeks at a time. I’m actually extremely frustrated with all of it.
I have always discussed my issues before and never been charged for an office visit. I’ve had thyroid and medication issues, neither of these were discussed.

The physician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. After realizing she had been given medical history on a completely different person she worked to gather my correct information.
I realize that I was coming in with COVID like symptoms and needed to wait out in my car. This was no problem, but after 20 minutes I needed to call the receptionist to see what the wait was. I was then given poor directions on where I should pull my car around to a COVID entrance, leading to another 10 minute wait.

The provider was not really interested in what I was there for. In fact she told Me Too! Just calm down that she couldn't address all of my concerns in one visit, which iPhone which I fully understand. However, She really didn't give me give me a good sense of security of security concerning why I was there.. It could be a case of crashing of clashing of different personalities. I just didn't feel good about the whole interaction.. I will not be going back to see this provider.. I just didn't feel good about the whole interaction.. Provider didn't seem to take the time to read up on my medical history before meeting me. Instead she asked me to tell her. I haven't had this experience with a provider before
She prescribed a medication but did not tell me anything about it, like that you cannot drink on it. And when I called the office to clarify that after reading it on the bottle, in a time sensitive matter, I did not hear back for 4 days.

Doctor's don't seem to have enough time.When I asked questions in the end Doctor seemed annoyed by me asking questions. I felt bad for asking questions because she just went up and left (because we were about finished) however I wasn't prepared for this, there were no closing words, wrapping it up and saying goodbye, I was confused, so I merely asked if I'll get referrals because in the past she said I would get referred (i.e. Rheumatologist) that never happen,so naturally I'm concerned this may happen again. I personally do not see doctors unless I have a condition that doesn't go away naturally. Also when I email with questions,via patient portal my message gets ignored. What's the point of having a patient portal when no one answers? It says to give it 2 days for an answer, however it takes over a week to get answers. I can't make an appointment everytime just because I have a question. Also before I had my blood drawn, I told the doctor and nurse many times that I'm fasting (16:8),I eat a healthy diet, yet the doctor said I need to eat healthy and work out (I'm already living a healthy lifestyle). It's frustrating that no one listens, or words get twisted in the report. Treatment like this makes me as the patient/client feel very uncomfortable and I no longer feel my needs are being met at your business. Your business is supposed to be Christian,yet I do not see a Christ like behavior in your establishment.
I thought the visiting med student was more empathetic & attentive than my provider. My provider did not show concern for my issue; ordered labs, but did not explain what is being tested for & what next steps would be.
We really like Dr Walizada she's very nice. But getting followup ?s answered or our prescriptions called in correctly or when we desperately need provider followup to get rxs issued In a timely manner is horrendous.
I'm sorry epic let me schedule wrong apt type, but it doesn't mean that I didn't need care and was more than willing change apt type. I was so disappointed and still have no results and can't get to MyChart. I won't be back sorry

Doctor asked me my blood sugar levels first thing but I don't have diabetes. I had to correct the doctor. Doctor asked if she had explained the side effects of taking a particular medication she had prescribed over a year ago. The answer was no she had not. She left the room saying she was getting her assistant to recheck my blood pressure. Never said goodbye or that she would not be returning.
Just what I would expect and want.
Everything went well, except I was told I could raise the dose again next month without a visit, but she didn't write it down, and forgot. Now I'm being told I have to make another appointment to raise the dosage.

She denied my SSRI refills so I couldn't get a refill in time. Just because she wanted to see me. Without having the office call me about it. I went into withdrawal symptoms. She also didn't place a refill for them (or even another prescription I came In for) AFTER my visit, I had to contact the clinic AGAIN for it once my pharmacy let me know.

I WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I HAD HEARD THAT SHE WAS A GOOD HOWEVER AFTER I WAS IN THE ROOM SHE DIDN'T SPEND ANY TIME DISCUSSING WHY I WANTED TO ESTABLISH NEW PATIENT CARE WITH HER ALL SHE DONE WAS SLIGHTLY EXAMINE ME AND TOLD ME I HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS I EXPECTED TO SPEND AT AN HOUR WITH HER TO ESTABLISH MY HEALTH CARE AND POSSIBLE A PLAN AND THE FACT THATY SHE DOESN'T BELIEVE IN ANXIETY OR MEDS FOR THEM AS WELL AS PAIN. I WILL NOT BE SEEING HER A SECOND TIME
All the support staff and my doctor are kind, intelligent, caring people. I continue to use their services because of their professionalism.

I've always had good experiences with my provider.
Dr Shahla Walizada came to me highly recommended. I will have a third visit with her on the 1st of August. I've asked her to PARTNER with me in maintaining my good health. She has agreed to do so. I brought in three cutting edge books that address medical issues with which I am dealing. She has agreed to read one of them to better serve her patients since much progress has been made in the Area of Life Style Medicine since she graduated medical school. I am impressed by her wisdom, humility, and willingness to continue learning.Brown Crossing is far from where I live, it costs more to be treated at that clinic, and there are clearly things that can be improved-still, I believe and hope that Dr Shahla Walizada will prove worth it. I have referred a family member to her with the caveat that I'm still testing the waters. Another good thing is that Dr Walizada is knowledgeable, made appropriate referrals (that my former PCP had not), that she listens, that though she was an hour late to my appointment she made up for it by spending adequate time, she is reasonable, she is willing to lead by following if she recognizes that the patient is also wise and is doing her homework and ACTING on what she is learning, and Dr Walizada is sensitive to the history of medical apartheid and racial injustice that has been and remain a sad truth in our country. So far, so good. I feel I can trust her. I think that's it fir now. Feel free to ask me again. I trust that my honest will help improve patient care. Bottom line. I will also report back to those who referred me to Dr Walizada and to St Als. Thank you. Please forgive typos. I don't have my glasses with me but I now have the time to start this done. I just moved to ID from ME and was eager to find a good physician here. Very pleased to be seeing *Dr. Walizada.
I waited 45 min. for a 9:00 appt. I was taken back after 45 min. and then I had to wait an additional 30 min. to see the provider. It then took only 15 min. for the appt. and I wanted another 20 min. to be discharged. I was there over 2 hours. This is NOT uncommon.
