The provider seemed displeased that my psychiatrist ordered all the blood work that she did. However it was necessary as I don’t know my family history on my dad’s side. Felt treated like just another number or problem by the provider and didn’t seem to care about the issues I’ve been experiencing for the last month. Seemed stuck on the answer that my issue was caused by ibs. Didn’t seem to want to fully look at the issue.

My blood pressure was very high when the assistant took it. My blood pressure was taken 3 more time and showed lower levels. None of these results were entered into my chart. In addition, my historical lab and health results that were transfered from Dr Eck do not seem to have been added so I don't have a historical record.

This was my first and last time to visit Dr. johnson. I will not be back and have already found a better provider.
Dr. Johnson and Ramsey have been bright spots. Heart care has been weak and inconsistent. Currently, I am assigned a physician assistant after treatment by Dr. Rich, Dr. Kapadia, and Dr. Columbawala. It would be nice to have one doctor coordinating specialist rather than me as the patient.

I was expecting a physical and got a wellness check, which the doctor did not check anything.
I came in for a checkup and some labs another doctor ordered. Dr. Johnson always makes me feel very rushed and I never ask him all of my questions because he just keeps saying 'anything else we can do for you today?' In a fashion that isn't open to more questions. I really want a new doctor but it's so hard to find one that takes Medicaid. I'm afraid we're missing something important.

My experience with the provider this visit was less than satisfactory. All I needed was a form filled out with subjective questions that required no physical examination whatsoever, rather, just a signature from the provider. This form could have easily been faxed and filled out as there was no objective criteria on the form that the provider needed to fill out, simply a signature attesting that I answered the questions. He explained there was a miscommunication between receptionist staff and him regarding the nature of the form and prompted an in person visit due to lack of information. He also stated that the receptionist staff was supposed to contact me further to assess the nature of the form, which never happened. It was honestly a waste of time since the provider has filled out this form multiple times in the past and each time the form has remained the same; subjective. Rather than acknowledge the questions were all subjective and that it could have been faxed, the provider argued with me stating that they HAVE to ask the questions, when in all reality, I could have answered them, signed the form, faxed it to their office, and had them fill it out and return it to me rather than set up a visit and charge me unnecessarily, not including wasted time and money away from work. When I presented the form to the medical assistant who gathered my vital signs and preliminary information for the provider, they looked at it and asked why I could not just fax the form in, and agreed that it seemed unnecessary for me to come in only to get the form signed as there were no objective criteria for the provider to fill out.
