The provider is #1. However had X-rays and how do you talk to the doctor about your condition and the next steps , make an appointment and doctor is to busy and a person is in pain and has to wait weeks ahead for that appointment..

Spend some extra time actually notation patient concerns and addressing them. I have now been trying to be treated for my concern since December. The fact that no course of treatment has been started due to the lack of follow-up and communication within this facility is staggeringly bad. No one knows what anyone else is doing and patients must re address the same concerns over and over and over again before any course of action is finally taken.

Dr. Sergey is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. As long as he calls me back and corrects my script I will give him another chance. He has replaced my previous Dr. that moved on. Yes I had much respect with Dr Ball he had been my care giver for years, so I will have to build trust with Dr. Kashubin.

Exceptional experience with all the provider's from beginning to end. Exactly what a parent and child look forward to when visiting a provider for any reason. Very knowledgeable and intuitive staff upon making every aspect of the visit and any worry that may have been apparent before resolved and at peace. Great provider's and clinic. Very good with children from interaction's and involving them in the visit.
