As a family medicine provider I have the unique opportunity to develop life long relationships with my patients. This allows me to understand their lifestyle and background so we can work together to develop a care plan that is successful. Dr. Shappard is likely the best doctor I've ever had. He consistently remembers the small details, takes time to answer my questions, and inquires about my well-being. His passion is evident, and I feel genuinely cared for. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Shappard, even my annual blood work and checkup. Kuwah is also fantastic - she's extremely hardworking and accurately conveys my concerns to Dr. Shappard. They make an incredible team!
