Dr. Shappard has always been great. My husband and I have been with him since he came to the Treasure Valley. We will miss him and I am so glad that I had a little more time with him yesterday to Thank him for all he has done for us.

I have been coming to see Dr. Shappard since 2005. He is always kind, genuinely interested in how I am doing overall and really listens to any concerns. He is direct in his advice while always being respectful of me as a person. I trust his judgement and will miss him.
More time needs to be taken beyond just looking at blood tests.

His passion is evident, and I feel genuinely cared for. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Shappard, even my annual blood work and checkup. Kuwah is also fantastic - she's extremely hardworking and accurately conveys my concerns to Dr. Shappard. They make an incredible team!

Of course I’m sure most of us would like more time with our doctor but everything seems to scheduled on a 15 minute time for all patients. Dr. Shappard used to take his time but since being under a medical clinic the time is limited.

We’ve moved from the Boise area to Arizona and I will continue to schedule all of my routine appointments with him during the times we are back in Boise. Dr. Shappard listens to me and explains everything to me and takes all the stress out of seeing a doctor. Dr. Shappard and surgeon Dr. Amber Taylor have been the best thing to happen to me, health and medical wise. My state of health and overall well being has greatly improved thanks to these doctors. Dr. Shappard is around my age and is a very down to earth guy. He uses his personal experiences to help me relate to my health and, more importantly, aging issues. This has helped my mental health as well. I don't know if he realizes that but it has made a positive impact.
Dr Shappard wants to talk about himself too much. That is the first thing he does when he walks in the room.

Scott has been my doctor for at least 25 years. Obviously I think he's great! I had a concern and he talked me through it and gave me options for follow up if it didn't resolve. I felt very confident after the appointment.

Well, I live directly across the street from another family care clinic that I could easily walk to - I pass well over 20 clinics on my drive to your location. I ignore the other locations because they don't have *Dr. Shappard, or *Dr. Bursess. I will follow them whenever they go.
