Charting and computers are inefficient and they change systems too much. I have no clue how to acces on my phone. Like appointment reminders . Not a ludite but the phone is hard for me.
Dr. Mendenhall is very good at listening and excellent at giving answers to questions that I can understand.
Words are not enough to rate Dr. Mendenhall he deserves them all.

I am a new patient. I had a appointment scheduled b4 and insurance problem. After rescheduling they called and said they had a opening. I left work and hurried but i was 20 minutes late. They saw me anyway, gave me full attention. Did Xrays after closing time and i had the results including a note from Dr Mendenhall himself. They are the best.

this was a new patient consult in my search for a new family doctor after losing confidence in my previous long-term primary care physician. I was impressed and pleased to choose Dr. Mendenhall to fill that role as a result of that visit. He was attentive and cooperatively discussed a change to my meds that day, which has improved my condition, whereas my previous physician had scheduled my next appointment with him 1 year from my previous appt. And after suffering a small stroke, was uninterested in the follow up appt I made after being released from the hospital, prompting my change of primary care physician. From the first minute, Dr. Mendenhall provided more care and interest in my well-being than my previous provider had in at least the last five years.
