As a medical care group, the people skills of the receptionists could use work. The communication with the patient could also use work. If a patient is told they will receive a call, a call should be made to the patient. Period.

Was released back to my primary doctor for meds and clearance for surgery, but I have not heard from the scheduler.
Just seemed rushed and had a whole lot of X-rays but no referral out to get help with other non broken areas of concern

PA was okay, they never did order mri he wanted. So I am left not knowing what to do next. Find a doctor that cares.

The PA wrote in his assessment of me that I never smoked. That was not was never asked of me nor is it in any of my previous answers to questionairs. My drug profile, which is usually never right anyway, was corrected by me in My Chart sign in. Never addressed by anyone. Corrected it with Judy
The provider didn't seem to know about, or didn't refer to, the information (measurements) my physical therapist sent to him. He asked me to give that information.
He was very nice and listened. Explained things well.

We drove 3 1/2 hours, one way, to have bandages removed and staples taken out by an MA - Our questions were not addressed by the PA - our time with them was approx. 20 minutes.
Other than short staffed, waited 20 minutes beyond appt time, was fine
