I am an osteopathic family physician (DO), which means I come from a long line of healers who believe that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and interdependent. We cannot have wellness in the body when we are sick in the spirit. Holistic wellness means that we partner together as physician and person to address the entirety of what is causing your physical and emotional symptoms and formulate a treatment plan that incorporates integrative principles. I am certified in Lifestyle Medicine and am ready to help you tackle your health goals focusing on better sleep, nutrition, relationships, physical exercise, social connectedness, and avoidance of risky substances. As an osteopathic doctor, I am skilled in osteopathic manipulation of the spine and extremities, and can help you with hands-on treatment of acute and chronic pain due to arthritis, muscle strains and sprains, headaches, and fibromyalgia.
