It took a long time to get my appointment, as I saw Dr. Clyde on Jan 10 and didn't get to see Kylee until April 4. By the time I came in the original problem had resolved.

I’ve seen good pain management docs at pain and spine but this provider does not make any assessments or refer for relevant imaging. Just made it clear the program is strictly to give referrals for physical therapy.

The visit was a regular one, required because I take an opioid pain medication. The test was a urine analysis, performed off site. Much of my interaction was with *Stephanie, the assistant. *Ms. Domby is to be praised for the assistant's training and for giving her the confidence to carry out multiple functions.

I was told that this provider would not see me again if I was late again. I am from out of town and had a hard time finding office because of construction. She doesn't want late time to cause extra time to chart.

This was the first time meeting this doctor, and she wasn't fully aware of my multiple visits to this department over the last few years although she was aware of my current complaints as relayed from my regular doctor. She was very receptive to the description of my recent pain changes and referred me for an MRI. Diagnosis pending. I believe she did a great job!
