Upon hearing that a referral to a specialist had me on a timeline that didn't actually prioritize my health, Dr. Ball took it upon herself to call in and see if I can be seen earlier; this is extremely helpful and took a lot of stress off my plate.

I am a new patient of Dr. Katherine Ball’s. I am
Dr. Ball was very professional. She reviewed all of my medications and discussed reasons why we should change or stop some of them. She explained all of the risks of my medications in women my age and why I should consider changing. I felt that she truly cares about my health. I was not rushed through my appointment. She answered all of my questions and even ordered my annual labs to have done before my wellness. I didn't have to ask her to do this. She is very thorough and a great provider.

I love Dr. Ball. She takes time out for her patients to listen to them. She never seems in a hurry. The one conplaint i have is trying to get into see dr.ball is very hard. Theres always at least 2-3 month wait.
Dr Ball is a caring and very skilled physician. The downside is she is very busy so I've seen assistants more than Dr Ball.

Why is this doctor pushing birth control when I didn't come there for this reason? I'm [religion] & not sexually active but use birth control to minimize my cramps & blood flow. Is the doctor even aware of this??
Since switching to Dr. Ball I have spent more time with her in two visits than my previous provider in 20 years. She actually cares! My wife is the one who insisted that I find a new provider from St.Al's and with Dr. Ball I feel like I won the lottery!

Dr. Ball was excellent and spent the time to go over all my extensive medical history and my medications. The nurse who did the initial prep for Dr. Ball seemed very distracted and rushed. She was probably having a challenging day.

After my initial visit w/lab work, received call from staff informing me dr. was recommend and ordered a cholesterol medication. I would have liked to discuss this with dr.
It took over 2 months to schedule an appointment w/*Ball & when I got there they were not prepared to do the procedure I came in there to get. (IUD removal). *Dr. Ball did accommodate though.
Dr Ball was okay & said our unfortunate experience would be reported to the manager.

This was a follow up visit for anemia. All options were discussed in full. Over all health issues as well. Satisfied with visit.
Dr Katherine Ball listened to my message and did something about right now
Provider made referrals and I was told I would be contacted by appointment setter for the referrals. Been weeks and still not contacted by appointment setter.
Dr. Ball appears very genuine in her concern for my well being. She took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and sought to address each of them. She is knowledgeable and professional. I feel grateful to be under her care.I am very unhappy with the way the medical system in which Dr Ball works prohibits her from being available when an Immediate need arises. Within the last three months her office sent me to Urgent care who in turn sent me to the Emergency Department to deal with a swollen parotid gland, costing insurance and me a great deal more money and time than had I been able to see Dr. Ball within a day or two. I know solutions are not simple, but it is clear the system is broken!!

[date] I fell and broke my nose was suppose to have a follow up visit could not get in for 2 weeks. Was leaving for vacation, went to quick care because I could NOT get i to see dr. or a different dr. Ended up with a sinus infection, did not know the cause, he did not seemed concerned or very interested.
It was very satisfactory, no complications.
Dr Bell was great and really took her time with the visit. She also was very thorough and a genuinely kind person. She's very easy to talk to.
