St Als or Trinity needs to do a better job of dealing with insurance companies. This whole non sense game of certain locations are no longer in network or coverages denied is pretty tiring and time consuming. I’m just fortunate my medical needs were simple and to the point.

This visits for for a simple procedure done in Dr. Watts office. I was taken back promptly, paperwork and vitals completed, then on with procedure. I was in and out in a short amount of time.

I appreciate the fact that Idaho offers care with Dr. Watts as it is WONDERFUL to see diversity.
He examined me and sent me to get X-rays. He told me not to take Mira-Lax which I take every day to stay regular. He did not say he would be prescribing a prescription.

The appointments are very informative and clear it is the follow-up that needs addressing. When additional testing or information is needed it usually gets dropped. I am not sure it is the doctor, it maybe someone else down the chain of command.

Felt very uncomfortable with him. As a new patient, I would have expected a more friendly Dr. There was confustion about how much medication I was taking, when my last lab work was done. I really dont know if I will go back to him. This clinic has a very low satisfaction rating and I should have read the reviews before making the appontment.
