Philosophy of Care

I find pediatrics to be the most rewarding specialty in medicine because I get to help children remain healthy from the time they are born until they leave for college. I'm confident that the education I provide my patients over those years will help them strive for a healthy, active lifestyle so that they can prevent adult medical problems such as diabetes and heart disease. I do everything I can to help children stay healthy by following the most up-to-date guidelines in pediatric disease management so that parents can concentrate their time and efforts on loving, nurturing, and educating their children.

I do not think the time/rushed appts is a negative reflection on the provider. I worry that the clinic/system in general is pushing to get more people through the doors at the expense of patient care. Very disappointing.

I was beyond impressed. I moved from out of state and was accustomed to very delayed and short visit is. I was delighted with the amount of time the doctor spent with us (he was incredibly thorough) and thought the book and duck were a lovely touch. Great job all around!

The MA made a special stop to our room to let us know the provider was tied up with a patient. She didn't have to do this and it made a huge difference. I was incredibly grateful and impressed with this.
