I left there confused because all she told me bloodwork was good. But I had my _____ liver swollen, spline swollen and I am still don't know if or any test were going to do since my cancer was in my back and I am still hurting. I feel like when I leave there I don't have any answers I am more confused.

I asked the provider what was going to happen next. She needs to explain the blood work better. Because some of the levels were low & high. Need to know why.

The experience was quite acceptable with the exception mentioned. When I first inquired about the delay it was assumed to be normal. The nurse finally questioned the delay and learned of the lost sample. I returned for a redraw and the result was promptly provided.

St. Alphonsus oncology department has always taken very good care of me, while being cordial & considerate.

She's knowledgeable, respectful, interested, personable. No complaints. I feel blessed to have the services of *Jonelle (this provider) but also all the staff and *Dr. Pierson. Downstairs reception is mediocre and the older gentleman ALWAYS wears his mask below his nose. This is a cancer center where everyone is immunocompromised. I dread walking in the foyer.
