Be upfront with people a little more. If there is a problem with a procedure that was preformed, and it didn't go as planned, be open and honest about it
Amanda - the RN in charge of my care - was a delight. She was AVAILABLE in every sense of the word. I felt cared for, listened to and patient. Every step of my care was explained in terms I understood and that means everything.

Exit receptionists with headset on talking to a screen while I wait is irritating. Receptionist was also rude when I did not hear or understand she was addressing me after her headset conversation.
Both Jessica and the device specialist were very helpful explaining my treatment and options.

Provider was caring and very knowledgeable about my condition
I would have liked more details after the procedure was done. I didn't know my chest would hurt so bad for so long it frightened me. The medicine made me have diarrhea and very tired. When she asked if I felt better for the 4 days I was out of AF, I couldn't tell because I felt so bad from the meds.
It was a wonderful visit with Jessica and Dr Colombawala. They answered my questions and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know.
I found a team that listens to me, explains why I should be on a medication and respects my not wanting to be on certain medications. They spent all the time I required. I came for a second option and left knowing I had found the team to take care of me.
