Dr. King enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing and horseback riding. The one thing you'll quickly learn about her is that she loves animals and thinks that pets have their own special place in any family. Dr. King lives in Boise with her husband, son and daughter, two horses, two big dogs and one brave cat.
Philosophy of Care
My goal as a pediatrician is to ensure the well-being of kids and help them grow up healthy. I want parents to understand what is happening with their children so that they know why certain treatment options are recommended. Being a mother myself, I know that parents want to do the right thing for their children and may have questions and concerns about any number of things. An important part of my job is to help parents by listening, answering questions, and giving them peace of mind.
