I was somewhat anxious about having a needle stuck in my spine, but Dr. Williams and his team made the procedure simple and relatively pain free. All my questions were answered, and I was comfortable throughout my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Williams.
Everything was very good except it took 6 weeks to get an appointment there's a long wait list
Wish he would have offered suggestions for handling my pain for the 60 days before the procedure to hopefully eliminate the pain.

I came in agony. Subsequent treatment has left me pain free to date. Dr Williams was able to properly diagnose - then treat the pain sources, allowing me to avoid a serious major surgery. He's a great guy too.

Overall I feel that the staff and Dr. are very capable of what they do. The problem I have with St. Al;s is the length of time it takes to get an appointment . This time I had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment and I can assuew you the pain continues all that time.

With the clinic: I had a referral from Saint Al's Urgent Care back in [date] that I never received a call to schedule an appointment. My primary physician (Dr Karlsberg) sent in another referral, at my request, which took a considerable amount of time (imo, of course) to receive a call back. I called the facility and only then was it explained to me that I had to be deemed a potential patient prior to them reaching out to me, which was information I was not aware of. Had I known that I had to be a candidate first, my expectations would have been different. As it was, I was frustrated and ready to go back to Saint Lukes Spine Clinic, only because I hadn't received any acknowledgement from the Saint Al's clinic. I called at my wife's insistence, she wasn't going to let it go easily. At which point, it was explained.
I was thoroughly pleased with Dr. Williams. Very impressed.
