Everyone was very professional and the experience was pleasing.
Staff is very kind, patient with my mom who is elderly. Dr McGregor pulls up a seat and is eye level with my mom when talking with her. He and the staff seek her input and they don’t make you feel rushed. Front desk staff is also excellent. Coleen, his nurse is wonderful and puts my mom at ease and has a wonderful sense of humor which my mom and I both enjoy. .

Follow up tests were ordered but was not contacted to schedule. Called office and staff advised there were delays in scheduling by main campus; I should hear in week or so. Staff could have told me that at time of test referral, eliminating my need to call and ask what was happening with scheduling. Other than that minor glitch, visit and experience was excellent.
Regarding question # 13 the delay was unavoidable. First day a new electronic medical record. Doctor and staff were apologetic & thanked me for my patience.

*Dr. McGregor is a well educated man and has been very patient while explaining the results of my recent tests. He is able to make suggestions about a treatment plan in a way that is most helpful!
The questions you asked must show what you value in your providers *Dr. McGregor fits them to a T. He is competent, knowledgeable, gives good advice and gives clear input. His 'soft skills' and patient rapport are a bonus.
The referral process to another dr. was horrible! - I waited and waited they kept saying they had computer problems. I called the office to them them how I had not received a called on my referral they called & talked to me saying they called and it would be 1 to 2 weeks for 2 of the referrals. The other referrals 2 referrals I haven't heard a thing about them.

Since responses are frequently biased by outcome on problem, personal reflection is too subjective I think. As a professional, *Dr. Mc Gregor excels. I'd be hard pressed to name someone who practices more professionally, personably and empathetically. He should be paid more!
