Dr. Whitesell is a doctor who is a real row model for the new generation of the doctors. She really cares. Just her knowledge of patient personal situation was a very pleasant surprise, consider how many patients she is seeing on the daily basis.

The wait time for appointments is ridiculous. Made appt in Jan 2023, first available was May 18. Seen on May 18, follow up appt made, first available Sept 19. Again, this is much too long. Permanent damage may be occuring while waiting.

Showed concern, prescribed two medications for [medical condition], no pain medication when I told her pain is debilitating, I missed two days of work due to pain. MRI was supposed to be ordered after I sent her a message in My Chart and it never got ordered. I had been satisfied with past care, this last visit was very disappointing. This is a new neurologist after 4 years w/old one. Old one no longer seeing patients. Supposed to be an 'MS' specialist - but doesn't explain or listen to me! I hate her!! Miss my St. Luke's neuro!! Also charge more for less care!

The problem isn't with the provider. *Dr. Whitesell is an excellent doctor and follows up with everything. Your biggest problem is with your office. They need a lot of work, and I don't believe in passing the buck. Maybe you should look at how Montana does it. All your offices are that way. Also look at some of your nurses. Since we moved to Idaho we have had nothing but problem with the offices.
