I was very pleased with this Doctor. I was disappointed that i really dont know any more about the cause if my oain than i did when i arrived. I will wait another 3 or 4 months and have more tests then and see whats going on. I need to start over wuth my primary care dr and shes already ordered ct, ultra sound and mri, so we have to start over again.

Arrived at my 9:30 apt on time. Was not taken back to see the Dr. for 30 minutes. Once back in the office, I waited another 30 minutes and then was informed the Dr. had left. This was my 37 wk prenatal apt. My 36 week apt was canceled due to scheduling issues. My 38 week apt also needed to be rescheduled. I have no other times to reschedule the apt that I arrived at and was sent home.
Very professional and courteous, while being warm, friendly and attentive. Makes me feel very comfortable and heard.
I consistently felt very listened to, and felt the time was taken to address all my questions with great care, integrity and compassion.
I appreciate the professional and courteous manner of Dr Guzman, as well as his warmth and friendliness that makes me feel comfortable and heard when I am in office.

From my very first visit through surgery I was treated with respect and kindness. I have recommended him to women my age that have no idea where to look for an obgyn. He is a treasure.
I love Dr Guzman but his MA didn't know which swab to use so I had to return and swab again, still not knowing which sample was correct and my name wasn't posted on the specimen and I was asked to leave the specimen on the counter in the examination room. Really?! Extremely unprofessional and how do I know my specimen was handled properly? I'm not impressed with the manner she handled that. I work in medical and if I have a patient returning, I'm properly prepared. This in no way reflects on Dr Guzman. He's incredible.
