Dr. Fredline is an amazing provider and surgeon. He took such great care of my mother and kept me up to date with all changes and prognosis. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years, and is possibly the most personable surgeon I have ever encountered. He changed the world for my mother and me by performing this surgery. This was a follow-up appointment from my gall bladder surgery on [date]. Asked how I was feeling, looked at incisions. told me that since I hadn't had any adverse reactions/symptoms I was probably doing OK. If anything happened later, go to an ER for treatment.
My only negative experience was in trying to get an ultrasound to aid in identifying my medical issue. It took almost two months to be scheduled for the test. Numerous calls to the scheduling center/doctor's office where I was told that it had been sent and received and then not received. I was told that I would receive a call about! my status but that did not happen. Finally, after two months I received a date for my imaging. Everything went very well after that. This was during the new records implementing time frame. Even so, I should not have had to go through this.
Routine & so far surgery went smoothly. Thank you!! Doctor & staff.
My first visit. Was knowledgeable regarding my problem and offered solutions for different situations.
Visit was for a possible hernia and the need for surgery. I do have hernias, two but after exam, dr. thought no surgery was called for. Recommended a shot in my hip for pain.
