Erin is very knowledgeable in her field. She has a relaxed friendly personality that puts a patient at ease. She uses a thorough questioning approach to fully acquaint her with the patient鈥檚 background and to determine possible causes of the problem. She has a pleasant demeanor that puts patients at ease. She refers back to any previous testing available. Once she is familiar with any background information she suggests follow up testing. This will determine what type of treatment needed. She is truly an asset to her profession!

I like Erin Proctor and she did her best to not blow me off. She kept her cool and I appreciate that. We will never be on the same page. Although she tried hard and I almost took her up on her and offer. It is ok. Please don鈥檛 make a big deal about this visit.
