The person talking the blood was terrible she hurt both my husband and my self. She is toooo rough. When she rubbed the alcohol wipe it was left red when done. Then when she was actually taking our blood she pressed so hard not where the needle went in but below it. It was difficult to handle. She said my vains must roll. No one has ever said that before. On my husband she had to do it in both arms to get it. Her pressure also was painful. She won't do ours again.

Dr Linn is a good man and a good doctor his staff makes him look extremely incompetent do to their negligence.
He was able to give me a Cortisone injection in my knee when the schedular did not include it in my visit.

For a wellness check I spoke to the doctor , no exam took place, but I was treated nicely. The nurse was the one to take vitals and a blood sample. The doctor did listen to me and was very professional and easy to talk with. The fact is I was never examined.

I love *Dr. Linn. He is thoughtful, thorough, respectful, and caring. My problem is that phone calls with medical questions are not returned in a timely manner. There is no method available to email *Dr. Linn directly. That is something that Kaiser did very well.

I've only seen Dr. Linn once before, when I had my last wellness check. I needed a procedure with an outside specialist, and it was scheduled expediently. My and my wife's records may no longer be in the system since our last visits were in the spring of 2016. To address something not included in the this survery, I realize that the office personnel are probably overstretched, but I had to wait on hold for 16 minutes before I could speak with someone.

I have been disappointed with some of the other providers I have seen during urgent care hours and disappointed that I am unable to get an appointment with Dr. Linn when something comes up. With all of the people moving to the area please expand services so we can see our provider rather than a PA.
