The women at front desk would not allow me to see Kunz, she made me see a surgeon instead,. Quite uoset about this as it hindered my care 3 weeks extra. The surgeon sent me to Kunz for care and I waisted Dr. jurgensmeier’s time. I wanted to see Kunz for care she would not make me the appointment. I was upset with her. Like I thought, I did not want or need a surgeon.

In my summary of the visit it gave strength & ROM assessments that they never checked and I found this odd. They didn't really look at my knee besides giving me an injection.

Both the assistant I saw first and Dr. Kuntz were great. Very comfortable talking to them. Great bedside manners. I went to Dr. Kuntz with a sore shoulder. The injection he gave me did the trick :-) He told me to contact him if the problem reared it's ugly head again.

Explained everything to me in terms I could understand, he went over each point of my MRI and even drew me a picture of my injury.
He provided an injection of gel in my l knee and explained everything I needed to know about results and what to expect and what could be done if it didn't work

I have calcification of the shoulder tendon. Dr. Kunz recommended having a procedure to reduce or eliminate pain. He answered my questions and gave me information about the procedure, which I'm having done this week.

Nurse Sarah Mac Cary was very helpful and empathetic with my needs. I was scared of the long needle dr. C stabbed in my shoulder. She held my hand. It made the bad experience livable. She's the best!

I was not made aware the procedure Dr. Kunz performed was considered a surgery so was surprised when I received a bill for $300. I had x-rays and steroid shots In this office before and not had the extra cost. I understand what was done, just wasn't made aware it would be considered a surgery.

Provider was absent from the building for my appointment and had to wait a half an hour. He dismissed my concerns and he was right. So now I have to jump through hoops again to get the care I need.

Dr Kunz and his assistant, Caleb, were fantastic in every aspect. They reassured me, listened to me, gave me all the time that I needed. The radiology staff that did my x-rays were incompetent, slow and had to take multiple x-rays to get it right. There was a BSU student on a practicum and he had no idea what he was doing and the supervising radiologist tech was sitting behind the wall and giving instructions while I am standing there waiting and watching. They finally got the x-rays done, but it was tedious and unprofessional.
I felt I was a burden to the healthcare of this office during my exam. The Dr. Is obviously overworked and the 2 Techs are very green taking a history and BP. On check out there was a more experienced male Tech who grasped the level of care and really gave for a better feeling of a professional medical provider.
Dr. put off needed surgery. Steroid shots instead. Not working. PT. - 8 weeks 'til next appointment.
It was a very good experience. I was seen quickly. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was treated respectfully by all staff.
