During our visit she kept telling my child that is she is a "big girl" I know she did not mean any harm but that is NOT what a preteen needs to hear.
I appreciate her time and concern.

The wait time was long and we were seen past our appointment time. The appointment time itself was fairly short and to the point. Not sure why the wait was so long since we did have an appointment. The doctor was wonderful
Dr. Grigore doesn’t make me feel like a silly first time mom when I ask questions,. She smiles and answers them and gives reasons why I have nothing to worry about or details on why I need to keep an eye out for something else. She is kind and you can tell she loves her job and cares tremendously for her patients.

I asked what can be done about my child's hearing concerns and she said she'll be back with an answer. She didn't come back. A medical assistant came to help with a device to help with the eyesight concerns I had with my daughter. After the test, I asked how about the hearing...is there a preliminary test. She seemed surprised and said she will come back with an answer. She came back and said, she would need to refer us to a specialist. Why couldn't the doctor communicate that to begin with and why didn't she close the loop with me or the assistant after expressing the concern?
I feel like we go over the same information every visit and her recommendations vary. I really like her and the care she provides my daughter but she is inconsistent on recommendations for my daughters frequent ear infections.

I understand that the office doesn't want to spread COVID but he didn't have COVID as known by a test later the same day. Offer a rapid test to deny service based on a positive result rather than a suspicion.
Dr r Gregori has always listened to any concerns and looked at the problem. She has never just blown them off she is always polite and patient.
Idaho health care seems to be lacking compared to the rest of the country. I have lived in 4 other states and medical and dental care is poor. Very poor in Idaho.
There's room for improvement with communication and active listening. I didn't know whether it was time to leave. I'm used to getting a visit summary after I visit a doctors office and I didn't receive one. It wasn't communicated how to obtain one either.
