The referring doctor didn’t get the needed paperwork transferred to him before the scheduled appointment. He did a thorough physical evaluation and asked about the symptoms l felt like he did a good job with the information he had given the circumstances.

It is very important to me when a provider spends the time needed for the evaluation.
He was a great listener. I wish he could be my Seizure doctor.
Dr Simmons was extremely thorough. After the visit, he promptly responded after he had a chance to look at my imaging and spent adequate time on the phone with me to explain my diagnosis and come up with a plan for the next steps. He is prompt in returning messages via MyChart.
Front desk check-in was poor. Seems person didn't have the info or care. Provider was thoroughly thoughtful & caring!!

He took his time with me. Which is great because I'm used to way shorter appointments. I wish he would have asked more details about the symptoms I was experiencing especially since they have shifted. I have a lot of symptoms so I understood it took time a lot of time just to get through those. Once I got home and my brainfog eased up a bit there's a lot I wish I would have pointed out since he thought it wasn't because of the brain or nervous system. Most young people don't struggle with stuff like this so recovery is going to look different than the normal old Patient
