Whenever there is a issue with me ( due to my efforts or others ). The staff are always ready and do correct the problems. I walk out of my appointments acually feeling mentally better too. The whole me gets fixed. It seems to help me heal faster when my stress is taken away. Im grateful and thankfull for the extra time I am able to spend on with loved ones. While others blame St. Alphonsus for me existing, I thank them. 😆 🤣

I feel the doctor should be separated from other staff members. Dr. Chawla is very good and is professional, conservative, listens and let me express my opinion. Staff needs to be separate because some ask questions but do not show compassion, concern, or putting themselves in the shoes of the patient, who is anxious and may not know what to expect.

I go for blood tests for my ITP. Dr Chawala is great, and the other people there are also nice. Many of these questions were not really anything that had to do with why I went to see him.
Dr. Chawla had to give me bad news that my cancer has return. He did it with compassion and told me what to expect moving forward . He answered our questions.

SEEING 'CANCER CENTER' ON THE DOOR WHEN I WALK IN CAN BE VERY FRIGHTENING WHEN I ENTER, BUT THE STAFF'S THOROUGHNESS AND KINDNESS MAKES MY LEAVING THE CENTER WITH LESS FEAR. THANK YOU FOR THAT.

I suddenly found out my treatment had to be changed and it was frustrating, but that's the insurance company's fault. Dr. Chawla and team were kind as usual. I appreciate the excellent care from everyone there at Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Caldwell. I have been a patient several years. There are up and down days like anyone else, including me. Everyone has done their best through the pandemic.

It seemed as though the doctor was trying to make up for time lost (We waited for an hour for him.) He just rushed through discussing my blood test results answering our questions in a perfunctory, abrupt manner. Suddenly he just told us to see the nurse and make my next appointment. He was too preoccupied.
