I traveled for six hours to have a five-minute appointment. I had asked for a virtual appointment and was told no. This was expensive and painful. I would suggest honoring that type of request by referring the patient to local care if hands on is deemed necessary.
Very pleased with visit
I gave a "never" answer about washing hands. That was due to the fact they did not exam me. This was a pre-op informational visit only.
Communication and followup needs improvement. Quality of surgeon is excellent.
Lost me name card on the room, skipped over, then Dr. Jin did not see me.

The procedure was incredibly painful but my hope is that the end result will be positive. I’ve experience such pain in my right knee that I trust PA Young’s suggestion that this procedure would give me relief. I trusted him. and I hope that time will prove him right.

Only had on bad experience when calling to see when apt for surgery we’re scheduled and was told not to worry about it they would call. I was just concerned and operator was kinda nasty. Instantly got text on phone within hours so I was greatful. Things are good now and everyone has been great!might be a little sensitive. TreasureValley really gave me a bad taste. You guys are much better and thankful for that

It seems that your blood pressure computer always reads my blood pressure high but when my St. Luke’s doctor checks my BP the nurse uses a manual device and a stethoscope.and my BP is normal . Why not allow the use of the traditional method to verify the computer?

My complete experience was outstanding. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, courteous, and professional. My wellbeing was always a priority. I could not ask for a better experience. Everyone that I had contact with is a credit to Saint Alphonsus Medical Group.
Mr. Young was totally aware of my concerns and accomodated treatment for me in the future. He explained my condition fully and made me aware of what future treatments may include.
Visit took place as new EMR Epic being introduced which resulted in delays.

EXCELLENT IN ALL WAYS! Only one suggestion: It would be good to prepare pre-op patient that PM TIME THE OPERATION IS SCHEDULED, which is given at pre-op appointment, WILL VERY LIKELY determine if an overnight stay at the hospital is required. Patient for surgery - even in 'outpatient' surgery - NEEDS TO BE PREPARED FOR HOSPITAL STAFF INDUCED SURPRISE overnight stay!
